I don't understand pick and rolls for Tate. Defense goes under the screen and nothing happens. Need to run the pick and roll for someone who can shoot.

We should never have a possession without Nunn or Hill touching the ball. Especially when it ends with Tate shooting a three with time still on the shot clock.
