Gonna get a "flagrant" here. "Flagrant fouls" have lost definition of what they are. "Flagrant Fouls" are excessive, uncalled for, non-basketball plays. What we typically see called "Flagrant fouls" are simply hard basketball plays. That was simply DMW trying to rip through and his elbow hit his neck. Sucks that's what it has turned into...
