I will continue to maintain that the refs are too heavily influenced by the B10 to protect the "money" teams. OSU cannot be allowed to lose to the likes of Illinois when they still have dates with Penn St and Michigan coming up. They must be allowed to get into the playoff. JM synical O, but I've seen it for too many years.

Having said that, yes, we need to stop beating ourselves. But the officials have probably influenced this game a good 10 points in OSU's favor.

I feel the zone we're playing today has been a lot tighter than we've seen the past weeks. There's been a definite improvement on that front in my opinion, but this 2nd half is definitely going to be a test once OSU makes their adaptations

This is just my take and wth do I know. When your QB forces the ball into the field, on our side of the field, that's an enormous mistake.

Fumbling inside of our own 30 is an enormous mistake.

The punter letting his knee his the ground at midfield is an enormous mistake.

The TE jumping on 3rd and goal from the two yards line is an enormous mistake.

The defense has kept OSU from having about 35 on the board right now.

If you want to peg two PI debates as having anywhere near the impact as the above....not sure what to say.

So this is what will happen in 2nd half. Buckeyes will run the ball this half and its going to hurt all of us. Did us a favor throwing it so much in 1st half. I'm proud of the Oline for the most part. Buckeyes have about 1500lbs rotating in and out on their Dline.
If I was coach B, I give some of my salary to some Running backs. Our poor boys have been beaten up this year.
