Andrej leading all Illini on both scoring (19) and rebounding (9) and playing much better defense. The talk Brad had with him must have helped his motivation. Hopefully, he plays much more consistently as we enter the B10 and NCAA tourneys. Great to see him playing well and having fun doing so.

He has been the MVP of missed huge dunks. He'll have the biggest dunk of his career in the tourney...

I think Andrej has had at least 3 different lower body injuries this year and that’s taken a toll on him. Pretty good season overall, it’s nice to think he has another level he can get to.

There are numerous posters that do not begin to understand what he brings to this team that no other player can. We need him. His struggle against Michigan's big and quick frontcourt though was predictable....just unable to get to the rim against those guys but very effective against most others.

But with all his injuries, it is difficult for him to move consistently at the high level of which he is capable. When he can, his skill at the rim is uncanny.
