He has to want to post up. He really hasn't showed that this season. I still think the issue isn't as much lack of effort as it is that the leg strength and conditioning just hasn't been there after all the time he was out this offseason.

love Tomi but he just doesn’t have that fire in him, I’ve seen flashes, but he always seems very casual. I can’t count how many shots around the rim this season that he could have blocked by just being a little more engaged
