We had a 10-0 run, but they came back with a 17-0 one where we went 0-9 from the field. That just can't happen. We can win this, but we gotta shoot way, way better.

That flagrant one turned the game. All momentum was lost while we all stood around.
I don’t think we have been. Many of our shots have been good looks. Terrible shots or bad luck have haunted us though…
Mad compliments to the board right now. Most of these posts see exactly what this games been. Started out great back and forth BIG game. Followed by Purdue run (they're good) while we've gone completely cold. We're not turning it over, not getting killed on the boards, we're just not making shots.
We need to be better. If we let a flagrant foul throw the entire game off to the tune of a 15-0 run, we aren't as good as we all think we are, just yet.

I think it was that plus two Curbelo jumpers where the ball didn’t move at all. It was the same thing he was doing in the games he had played in. We don’t need him to score, we need better looks for others.

No, Edey and Williams have haunted us.
They are giving our shooters open looks and collapsing. Edey is hard enough to handle one on one, but with help, its brutal. Especially with no fouls being called.
We simply have to hit the open shots at a high percentage to open up the middle again.
When playing the bottom part of the conference, you can go on scoring droughts and still be....ok.
The only difference between this game and the Arizona game is we're got hitting the three. We were outmatched from a talent standpoint there too.
This team is so reliant on perimeter shooting that when we're hitting, everything looks like it's working. When not, it looks ugly. It's been ugly the last few games, but the level of competition was far inferior.
Well, let's see what the 2nd half brings.

Shooting has been bad for a few games now. Hopefully we aren’t regressing to the mean.
This first half is a great microcosm of the season thus far. Start slow, find a rhythm while hitting some big shots, and then flat again to end the half. Against a lesser team, I think we can play like this and still lead by 2-4 at half. Against a team like Purdue, its a bit more challenging.

Well I got called into the hospital for work. Biggest game of the year and it’s at noon on a Monday where 75% of the nation is working smh
At this point, just keep it close and don’t lay a total egg on national tv.
