We are 139/512 (26%~) from 3 since the Washington game (2H of season) .. I know its been talked about a lot but why is Underwood not doing more to limit this.. You figure we could have at least another 8-12 points a game without all these shots behind the arc minimum as well as a lot more opportunities at the charity stripe.

Any chance we sneak Meyers on to grab a few boards and hit some Threes?

When they force the ball out if KJ ir Kylans hands withdouble teams to stop the drives we are going to have to make some open 3s like we have the past couple games. Plus cut hard to the hoop and crash the boards. Purdue got two many offensive boards too. We have to rebound.

Need more intensity... let's start with a full court press...!

Not sure if anyone noticed...but if Jake makes one of his two shots from the arc...something that is quite common...even expected...we lead at the half while shooting poorly as a team.

I thought we did limiting our turnovers. A couple careless plays by kj and ivisic but ither than that pretty clean. That’s why we’re still in the game.

This continues to be a team that is very, very highly skilled. And just a little less tough. When I say "a little less" I actually mean a lot less. "Fighting Illini" or "Ilini" -- which is it going to be? Tonight is a big test.

Loyer's fading baseline shot reminded me of another Purdue great and peer....Rick Mount.

Even though Purdue has had our number the past 4 years I have never disliked them. This team this year, however, is annoying as hell. They have committed so may travels, reach-ins, etc that go uncalled and even the most obvious foul calls they are throwing their arms up. A lot of teams have a guy or two who have "never committed a foul." And they have an entire team.
