Game Thread: Illinois vs Purdue

[CogDog]

RIP

[TentakilRex]

Playing like we did when script Illinois was the only helmet

[Illinois_2_AZ]

Oh no.

[New Creation]

We won’t win another game this year with this defense. And our offense is pressing because they know this defense is horrible. All the money on a screen and no money on NIL is just a waste.

Brett pretty much screwed himself by changing the defense.

[Coop70]

Not much to like here.

[WyattEarp]

Coopers up in the booth too. Here we go again.

Are you freaking serious?? Omg.

[TooHot4Tots]

33 and 45 are not good at linebacker

[JKR]

Unbelievable

[BWBW]

OMG TD Purdue

[LFOD]

The defense isn’t too surprising, but I didn’t expect our offense to be this bad

[Epsilon]

[Iamgroot]

Is it basketball season yet

[SuperMetroid]

[Battle89]

I picked the right day to drink early

[Neidermeyer]

Our Dbs are so bad!

[Chillinini]

I normally don’t react like this, but this season is lost. Just a flat out embarrassment so far.

[AssemblyHallForever]

Game over. We may not win another game this year if this continues

[illinidarrin]

And this is how the football program will go right back down in the toilet. Not enough NIL money to get good players and this is what you get.

[EmeraldCityIllini]

yes? Only a fool would go for that there, regardless of team.

[Miles Leonard]

Guess it’s a good thing YouTube TV just crashed lol

[TheodoreRex]

Just utterly unprepared and getting a belt to butt against a terrible Purdue team. This is inexcusable.

[OskeeLoyalty]

How is this defense exponentially worse than last year...

[ORANGEANDBLUE2011]

It’s a two possession game and already feels over….what is happening???

[Illini-Rule]

Who had us not scoring in the 1st half against Purdue on their bingo card?

[Oracle21]

That was way too easy for Purdue. Tho Browne is throwing some on the money touch passes
