Unless Illini get better designed pass plays for 3rd downs, it can’t throw to a receiver that does not have enough yards already for a first down. The receivers just don’t get enough separation to get any YAC on those thrown short of yardage needed.

Is breaking the huddle with 12 people on offense a penalty? Because they had 12 as they were calling that timeout

So would I, but It doesn't give one much confidence in the officiating when he appears confused.
