Nope. And it only takes such little pressure to speed Kaliakmanis up and make him super inaccurate. Just a weak, weak defense all around. Goodness.
4th & 1 might talk them into running it
Rutgers running game is getting stuffed like a holiday turkey so far. If we can make the Rutgers offense one dimensional, we should be able to outscore them. Pass coverage has been much tighter today, credit Rutgers for completing some tough passes. Let's get some pass breakups, and, dare I say it, an interception or two. Go Illini.
Cox is way too small. In all honesty he's playing out of position - should be in the slot.
Eh, compared to our other games this season, we're looking like rabid dogs. I will not complain about our pressure today this far. Much better defensive gameplan in my opinion and our front has been much more aggressive
Here in lies the issue. No pass rush and awful CB play is a bad combo.
The run D has been solid (so far). Their QB is just missing throws.
There’s quite a few size differences between our secondary and their receivers.
They'd be crazy not to pass here.
