Marching Illini looking sharp in those new bright unis.

They are wearing those t-shirts due to the heat. I’m sure no marching bands will take a chance after that young man at Iowa tragically passed away a couple weeks ago.

Good stop there. I wonder if this is how Big 12 teams felt in the mid 2010’s when every game was in the 40’s lol

Just to change the subject a little, did anyone else refer to Turpin and Tate as The Terrible T’s? Because they kept saying how Terrible everything was, whether it was the offense or the defense but most often the referee?

“That was a Terrible call Jim! Michigan was clearly holding on that one”

They felt that way playing other Big 12 teams. We' were closing in on -40 today today in Vegas. This is supposed to be a 45-7, 38-0 type game.

This is the last morale boosting game left of the schedule.

hard to be upset when we’re living in a time when NIL spending correlates almost exactly with on-field success. we have a middle of the road NIL budget, so I expect middle of the road play on the field.

Is that right? I saw a chart where we had as much donor money coming in as Michigan. $50 mil. About tied with UW(Washington) and trailing only Oregon, IU and tOSU.
