Beerman is going to need an offseason to get back the strength he lost due to mono.
Wasn't sure what to think when I saw the line on the game favoring Illinois by 39.5. SIU has 2 wins to our 1. I personally would have shortened the line to more like 12 to 15 points given our disappointing play against Duke last weekend. But with the fellas up 14 now I'm feeling more optimistic. I'm hoping Bielema and the coaching staff have fixed the bugs from last week's contest - we'll need everything firing on all pistons facing OSU for the Big Ten opener. Oh, and I saw another post elsewhere saying Altmyer was at the game, so HI, LUKE!!!!
