Makes sense to me. Most betters probably see a one td Illini win, so they keep betting Toledo spread until it comes down to the -7. 2.5 points is not that drastic of a change IMO.

I'm not really surprised to be honest- most of the early predictive models agreed that Toledo and the Under were the pick for this one and a bunch of national outlets were having us on upset watch. Makes sense a lot of people are betting Toledo in the past several hours. Often when you see movement like this though, you're talking sucker's bet territory, so that does bode well for us. When a line looks way too good to be true for the bettor, it's generally bettor's beware.
