I mean, more than anything, we gotta stop thinking and instead just react. We are playing way, way too tight. This game is supposed to be fun. Our offense is predicated on being loose and letting the action come to us. Take a deep breath and then go for their throat.

I loved it when Stan Van Gundy said that the college game is more physical than the NBA game. That's why college basketball is better than the NBA.
I don't necessarily disagree, but a foul is a foul. The way the tournament has been officiated (across the board), fouls just aren't being called. It is crazy to see how many extremely physical games are getting to the half with teams at 5 or 6 fouls. It shouldn't be a completely different set of rules for the tournament.

We can do this, our locker room is probably pissed we're not up, and they are in a battle for the first time in a while. Make em crack!

This.

First 4 will decide the game IMO. Will either be a fight to the finish or they’ll stretch this to 12-15, which will be very challenging to recover from.

Will be interesting to see who, and with what strategy we come out with.
They will go to Clingan. Hawk can't handle him. Double might be needed but not off Spencer.

Am I allowed to ask about Rodger's inability to shoot a jump shot from any distance on the floor? The young man is an athletic freak, and that in and of itself has merit, but he cannot shoot (at all), and it feels like no one ever talks about it. The free throw line only proves this point, and yet, little is said. His energy is infectious, and his heart has few equals, but he cannot shoot... at all.
You new here?

We play well in second halves but UConn has also separated from teams in the second half. If we don’t get right and fast I fear this will be a tough watch. Need to take the open shots. Passed up way too many to drive head first into a block.
