Yes, when the playoffs start, the physicality goes up a notch and the defenses tighten up. Why does it have to take the NBA playoffs for that to happen? The NBA should be called the NDA---No Defense Allowed League until the playoffs start. Then, it can go back to the NBA. The NBA is brutal to watch at times during the season. While in college, the games mean more because there's fewer of them and the coaches emphasize the fundamentals and defense more

But that's the thing though. With the length of the NBA season, you can't play all out, balls to the wall D the entire season. Thibs tried to do that when he was the Bulls and the teams ran out of gas late in the season and had short playoff runs. Even if a college team makes a run all the way to the national title game, they'll play about 37 or 38 games. The NBA regular season is more than twice as long. Sure you can have someone like Alex Caruso that's a great defensive player and has value on a team but he becomes more valuable in late game situations and on teams that make playoff runs.

Where is TSJ? Can't believe he has 2 pts this far into a game and we have 23 points! Where is the ball movement to get open 3's?

QG should not be shooting inside unless he is wide open. I would rather see CH and Dain play together than QG in this game
