Just an absolutely devastating sequence. Could be one we look back on at end of year as a tipping point to this season.

Have to really come out and score on first possession of the second half. Have to steer the momentum back to us.

Each team turned it over, we lead and get the ball first. Better half than I expected.

Gotta start drinking 🍸 screw it. I might as well start betting for the other team were playing against. Big10 is so Corrupt! And our assistants a few need shown the door! We have the money, go get some legit coaches.

At the end of the day, there's no real magic to it, Illinois just needs to recruit better. Of course you can have good teams if everything comes together perfectly regardless of any particular recruiting rankings, but just because things line up in a way where they appear like it may be that "perfect", doesn't actually mean it will be that. Hopefully the recruiting is turning a corner, but it really all comes down to that. Recruiting is the lifeblood of college football and up to this point, Illinois just doesn't recruit particularly well compared to the really good programs of college football.

Defense is so concerning. We have players still not lined up correctly at the snap and communication errors, and that was just from watching the broadcast. Watching film breakdown is going to be brutal

First sentence: agreed.

Second sentence: no. Get angry, get focused and bury these clowns in the 2H.
was a bad break but offense has been dialed in. just need to keep it that way, hopefully bielema ball takes over in the fourth

I'm hoping the fire we saw in the first half turns into a bonfire the second half. The "turning point" turns in our favor.
