I'm completely pessimistic. Hate to say it, but we're up against a much better team than earlier in the week, and we're not at home. If we can't take a weak slap to the chin at home, how are we going to handle a tough team on the road?
Couple reasons I'm holding out hope though:
* Winthrop should wake our guys up
* It's early in the season and no one game should define us
* Hill disappeared. Hard to imagine he'll disappear twice like that
Honestly, I won't be upset if we play a great game and lose. We should be in it if we play decent. If we come out flat, especially after Winthrop, make the kind of terrible mental mistakes we made before, or choke again, :hurl:
There's still time to turn it around, but it's been so brutal as a fan, it makes you wonder why you watch.
