I guess, but if they need him to beat WIU they’ve got big problems. He can rest & Amani can play more minutes.
If he sits a game where we aren’t double digit favorites, I’ll start to worry.
It also is likely the cause of his pedestrian performances when he did play.
This is the only time in the schedule they could get him some rest. Makes sense to try and head it off if he’s dealing with tendinopathy
Yeah, he also said Coleman was on one leg against Marquette. Doesn’t sound awesome.
I mean, getting experience for the team playing with each other is one pretty darn good reason. That's part of the reason we play the directional schools at all. Plus he hasn't looked great in the first three, seems like he could really use some reps.
He could go tonight if he needed to. nothing to worry about, should be back against Rutgers. Nico might be out at least a month or so though
