Yeah, not only that, he had his hand on the top of the ball before the arm was moving forward then it didn't look like he had firm control like the announcers were claiming. Not sure what the rules are on that exactly.

I thought it was a fumble just because althoigh his arm was going forward, jacas knocked the ball out of his hand while th qb had control of it. If he just hit him and jarred it loose, then yes, incomplete pass. I’m not a rules expert though.
