Only down by 13? We have them right where we want them. Lulled into a sense of complacency getting ready for our big 2d half comeback.....which will fall 3 points short.

I am a huge college basketball fan. With that being said, I am thankful that there is at least 1 good team in this state, Northwestern. Actually, probably 2 if you count Illinois St because I'm not sure I could deal with Illinois sucking and no other Illinois teams doing well.

As for Illinois, they can't rebound and their scoring droughts are dooming them because they actually played 1/2 way decent defense once they switched to the zone.

I did not understand the starting line up at all. With Lucas, Abrams, and Black in there, aren't you counting on Hill to score at least 40 to have a chance?

Isn't it all the same at this point? The only thing that is different here is that OUR fans get to witness this debacle.

Finke had 1 shot attempt the entire game? Hill didn't even attempt that many shots. They are not looking for Morgan inside. I mean these are not recipes for success for our offense. Instead, we have Leron Black taking ridiculous shots and a 3 pt. attempt.

If they weren't disciplining JCL, there is no way to explain it.

Obviously going into half down 9 instead of 13 would have been huge. But gotta get boards if you're gonna play defense. Its still a low scoring game and we can score 13 in 3 minutes. But we chose 20 in 20 instead
