Gies Memorial Stadium

State Farm and their free cash flow may be otherwise occupied in the near future. Got personal experience with this one - me and three neighbors all had hail damage from a storm last year. I and two others without SF were fully covered, I got a new roof and full all-around siding for nothing. The one neighbor with SF got fully denied and not a penny. My roofer said he had not seen a SF claim approved in many months.

I am in Illinois but the case(s) are nationally spread, snip below is from Oklahoma. You see it's not just civil but the AG is involved too.

I should have been more clear - I was wondering if CAT was going to put their logo on Lou Henson court. I don't believe State Farm could stop their logo.

State Farm's naming rights have another 17-years to go @ Assembly Hall @ 2M/year I believe. Quite a bargain at the going rate.

Here is what can reasonably be done for the south end zone. They wont have the 200 million to completely redo it, but they could spent a good amount and could add a couple hundred people down there for a big price tag.
Came here to post this. These would very easily work with our stadium - they're just modular units, sitting on the turf. OSU spent $5m on the project, and is charging $150k/yr for each of the 9 suites.

They would objectivity be the worst "seats" in the house. On field level, 30 yards from the back of the end zone, with no view of the new scoreboard. You'd end up just watching on whatever tiny TV the put on the wall Michael Scott style.
