Grange Grove & Tailgating

Wasn't packed but close, will be for North Carolina pre-game concert.

Nah, there's room for tons more people. And if you wanted to maximize the number of people in there, you'd probably cut out the music stage part of it.

But I think for now the "spaghetti against the wall" strategy is smart. Let the marketplace dictate what people want that area to be over the long haul.

I've had tickets since 2007, this was the first time I did the Illini Walk, Band Concert, and follow on band.

Honestly I was a little choked up/goose bumps when the team walked by and then the band played. The band after 90's Daughter was really good.

I definitely will be hitting up Grange Grove more often, but sometimes it's hard to leave the tailgate set up over in the Research Lot!

Is there no edit mode?

* It shows for this post, but not mine above. Wanted to clean up all my "band" comments above with some correct punctuation etc.

I think you only have so much time to edit after posting .. You can't come back 40 minutes later and try to edit ??

Hopefully they have a cool setup by the Grange Statue. There is also the Parmalee Concert going on in the Grove at 9am that day so should make for a good crowd!
