I am a men’s basketball season ticket holder. When I logon to my ticket account, I can order the OSU and Braggin’ Rights game tickets until the afternoon of October 26th.

Giorgi should get to do ALL of the post game pressers for the entire year! That kid is hilarious and quick also....not sure about his dance moves though, I think he might be the best dancer on the team?

I’m calling it now. Giorgi will get a technical at the bragging rights game for running his mouth and starting a fight. And I will love it!

He is a fun kid but does not seem like a player who will start a fight.

So it looks like season ticket holders have access for now and general public will not have access until after October 26th. One of the "benefits" of being a season ticket holder as shown on the website is "Priority access to neutral site events". So I guess I wait until after October 26th.

How much of BU's career numbers are skewed by the fact that his last two teams have been in the bottom half defensive efficiency rankings? When he was at Oklahoma State, they ranked 258th in defensive efficiency. Last year the Illini finished 177th. While at Stephen F. Austin, the team finished 40th, 48th, and then 7th in Underwood's final season, showing that his system had finally taken hold. If there is little improvement over the next two seasons then I will be concerned.

Don't forget that SFA is a low-major, so some of these stats are biased. SFA (without Underwood) last year also finished 8th. Underwood had success at SFA but pretty much almost all the coaches had success at a lower level before getting a job at a high-major. I like Underwood's style of play but he still has to prove he can be successful at the high-major (and P5 nevertheless) ranks.

The chart appears to be pulling from Pomeroy’s numbers, which are adjusted for quality of competition. That said, it’s interesting that his SFA teams fared much better at stopping two-pointers than his OSU or Illinois teams did, and it wouldn’t surprise me to learn that was related to his typical opponents at each stop.

He hasn’t had a ton of post help in any of his five years, so maybe getting an elite rim protector would help. Might be worth noting that Huggins has only really had one year of plus post presence since starting up Press Virginia and hasn’t really struggled with stopping twos since year one, though. I look forward to seeing what this team looks like with a few defensive upgrades.

In a way, I hope Smith does play this year. I doubt that he has improved all that much over last year and thus he won't be much of a threat. But another year of practice etc., he might be a lot better next year. Maybe.

Yeah I hope he plays too. Would love to see him get shut down by Trent and Ayo.

I hope Smith gets to play this year. And then Damonte and Trent "abuse" him the night of the Braggin Rights game. A tip dunk over he or Tilmon would be great.

I hope our team can mature quickly this year and play better as a unit than last year's team. If we do that we will be enjoyable to watch. De La Rosa seems to be on track to make it on the court earlier than we all anticipated and then we can be a team that can surprise some people.

I could see Mark Smith having a decent game against us. After all, it was his only decent game last year.

Sounds like a part of the reason they want Smith eligible is because they're so thin at point guard/backcourt. Keep at it Cuonzo.

This is absolutely the main reason they want him to be eligible... We know all too well what having one true PG can do to a team (not that MS showed much to label him a pure PG, he would alleviate a lot of pressure on Geist and Pinson).
