I think officiating is bad everywhere, so I don't want to bash them (too much). It seems to me that the B10 style of play hurts us in the Tournament. We don't have a team making a run to the Final Four every year because B10 teams are, almost always, in foul trouble. We bang on each other all season then get to the Big Dance and the games are called much tighter. Does anyone else see it that way? Great work Damonte!

The BIG 10 has had a final 4 team in 8 of the last 12 seasons. One of those years (2015) had 2 teams.

The B1G almost literally sends a team to the Final Four every year - there's been a B1G team in six of the last eight, and 12 over the past 15 years.

Looks like thats the most out of any conference over the past 15 years, but I just eyed it.

Since 2002, the big ten has lost their last 7 national championship game appearances. Win even 2 of those and the narrative wouldn't even exist. ACC on the other hand has appeared 9 times in the same span and won 8 of those (by a quick count). It's a 50/50 toss-up game that's creates a difference in public perception of the two conferences.
