This is a great schedule at the beginning as we only have Rutgers at an empty RAC. I could see us undefeated going into East Lansing. That will be a huge game as we owe them from last year.

Realistically, how many school records could Frazier break if he came back a 5th year?
I have no clue if he can break any other than like games player or whatever, but even if so, surely any records broken would have an asterisk, right?

Is there a rule that the season schedule needs to be finalized before the start of the season? Or is it possible that games can be set up a few weeks in advance during the season? Given the circumstances this season, some really great games could be played.

Looks like Lunardi has moved us up to a #2 in bracketology. My apologies if someone mentioned this already...or not...bears repeating

Just came across this: “Since Tom Izzo took over the program in 1995, the Spartans have never gone longer than four years between Final Four appearances.” Love him or hate him, that is impressive. It is the direction BU can take the Illini.
Izzo is an elite level coach. I would put him in the same tier as Roy, Cal, K, Wooden, Knight, etc.

The athletic polled players in the B1G about who the best players in the conference are. One q was who the hardest players in the conference are to score on. Aaron Henry number 1, followed by FIVE illini players at numbers 2-6. 😯

There were 3 votes each for Trent and Damonte, and then 1 each for Ayo, Kofi, and Georgi B(!?!)

The Athletic mentioned that Purdue happened to have the most players in the survey, and with the way we stuffed them last year....

He is a better person than any of those guys.

My favorite Izzo moment was his staunch defense of Weber when he was fired, presumably because he wanted to have one more team he didn't have to worry about beating him in subsequent seasons.
