Hutch definately is the X factor. Question I have is why he had to sit out two years ago since he was coming from a much lower division.

He sat out one, then got injured which is why he missed another.

The old rule was if you transferred up to D1 or within D1, you had to sit a year. If you transferred down, like from D1 to D2 you did not have to sit a year.
