Believe it was last Saturday Fletch was on Sat Am and talked about Sky and how they evaluate his knee. Was impressive the technology they use. Bottom line is the injured knee has some things things they want to address/strengthen that are not things you can see visually. Excited to see what he will become.
Was that a podcast, and is it available for viewing/listening?

We always welcome new party goers to our humble abode , but living in Paducah , it is over 4 hours to the cesspool of Lexington ....I guess maybe a big bus with heavily tinted windows might work...........................

The more I think about it, the risk of losing Epps (via transfer) due to lack of tick is simply not worth it. I'm rolling the bones on Skyy and Epps, rather than bringing in an experienced transfer PG.

Hypothetically, I agree. But it probably doesn't matter in the end. This staff has proven the ability to find talent. Even in the worst case scenario where Skyy is one and done, Epps is unhappy and transfers out, and ZZ doesn't reclass...I would be confident the staff can find a good PG in the portal or a talented prep.

I suspect Brad is well aware of that so that's why we have not found a good "fit" of guard till now. However, when hight talent players withdraw from NBA draft, it might be a different story.

Curious why Shannon left his previous school?
Others might know but he didn’t have a healthy season and they did have a coaching change before last season. Maybe his junior year wasn’t as fun, productive and successful as earlier years. Causing him to look for other options for his 4th year.

He had a breakout Soph year, tested the NBA waters and lost his coach but ultimately decided to go back to Tech.

His game actually took a step back last year (or stagnated, whichever) and my guess is he sees what Ayo is doing in the NBA and wants to see what BU can do for him in one year.

I am sure TSJ’s goal is 1 year here and NBA. Otherwise then, yeah, why did he leave.

BU’s next DMW; likely counting on him to continue the culture. Prolly gonna be with us for 4 years. Think he’ll be a favorite of fans before he leaves. Not because he breaks any records, but because he’s gonna be…the next glue guy

Who doesn’t love a glue guy 🤷‍♂️
Apparently about 50% of the posters on here, unfortunately. (You can guess which half I identify with).
