These tickets are pretty pricey, no?
Yes, glad they learned their lesson from football….NOT! I mean I feel like my wife and I do pretty well for ourselves, but almost $300 for a family of 4?

With food and drink and gas from Northern Suburbs it’s cost-prohibitive. Apparently that BTN and media rights money ain’t enough.

That would be a high bar. 6 times since 2000 only twice in the last 10 seasons has a team had that kind of win percentage in conference.
If this team isn’t in the top 3 of the last 10 conference seasons in a year without a top 10 preseason team I’d say that would be pretty disappointing.

Anyone know the typical timeframe for bragging rights general public ticket sales? I know it’s always past when the rest of the schedule is released, but other than that I’m clueless.

Agreed. $70 for a seat in the 200 level is pretty nuts…

The fees get you on stubhub at times

Saw a 58.00 ticket for Penn st but after fees? 75.00
Yeah, there won’t be much you can do for B1G games or Syracuse. But the handful of non power conference opponents are much more affordable that route. Worth considering to see a game or two.

Go Illini

What ticket buyers don't realize is that there is an IFUND donation requirement for many of the lower rows in the 200 section. $70 may look high but those of us that buy season tickets provide a large IFUND donation to secure reasonably good seats in the 200 section. When Illinois basketball was not very good the seating included lower level, sideline, baseline, and upper baseline. Now there are only two levels, lower level, and sideline. Even mobile passes have had a large increase in price in the last few years.

Agree. I did the 3 Saturday deal for I think 119? So about 39.66 a ticket. I live a hour away and hate driving at night especially on route 10 so day games work best for me. That fact I'll get to see 4 games this year (I also bought Wisconsin tickets today) makes me pretty satisfied.

Anyone have any idea when Braggin' Rights tickets usually go on sale? Last year was my first time, and this year my sister and parents are actually coming down to join us because we told them we had so much fun last year!

If I remember correctly, the only way to purchase them is through the Enterprise Center's website, and I do not see anything there yet. I was able to get some GREAT tickets last year on the Illini side about two weeks before the game for only like $55 a piece, which was really surprising. I know Mizzou's side was like 25% full, but ours was about 90%.

Must be Shannon, didn't somebody report seeing him on campus earlier this week in a boot?? Or maybe it's Mayer, Coach has mentioned his back problems have flared up from time to time.
