This account is a good one to follow. You can definitely learn quite a bit, especially since most of us haven’t played organized in a number of years, but still kept our “expert” status. I posted this one as we have Marquette on the schedule this year.

I've watched this guy's breakdowns before, and it really shows how player movement (along with a lot of other things) is essential to success. If you see a team stagnating or moving slowly because they're tired, that says a lot to me about how the game is going. Gotta have athletes that can keep up a high pace, or a coach who trusts his depth enough to keep using fresh ammo. Personally, I sometimes think simplicity well executed beats some of the complex plays that require more recognition.

I like his videos because he picks well-illustrated plays where it's not hard to see what the team is trying to run. Real world at full speed is often way harder to follow.

I could not agree more about the about perfect execution on the simple. He has a video he posted on drop coverage defense. A nice watch if you are a sicko and into defense like myself.

I remember him last year breaking down blob plays and it infuriates me, because I few like we don’t get much on those situations. I recall Self and Lon drawing up amazing blob’s while here.

Not hearing more complaint about the lack of a point guard and happy about that and hope this comment doesn’t restart it. Never really thought either Ayo or Trent was a true point guard but both extremely smart basketball players who could handle the ball. Think Ty fits that same description.

I don't think it's about people not complaining as much as we all realize we're stuck with what we got and just hope it works out.

Tend to agree, and Ty is an easy guy to root for. DGL early reports makes me think we'll be ok there, and Moretti gives you another back-up plan. The shooting is obviously the biggest issue if your goals are to win the conference and make a run in the tourney.

Being a fan should be fun. There isn't much fun in pessimism. I won't subscribe to it... at least not before the season starts...

Agree. Actually reading far less of the football threads because of the negativity. Not saying it isn’t “earned” there with their play and I’m frustrated too, I just don’t want to read much about it. Looking forward to bball season . . . and football getting back on track sooner rather than later.

Is anyone actually buying Peacock for when NBC is trying to force fans to watch there? Or is everyone just pirating/skipping those games? I, personally, will not now or ever be purchasing Peacock.

yes. $6/mo (for 2-3 months) is small potatoes. got to pay to play.

Fan were celebrating the BIG's new media deal. Now, some are carping 'bout needing to ante up. Some irony there.
