Ty Rodgers Shooting 1500 Jumpers Per Day!

One of the most elite shooters I have ever seen was Jackie Stiles who shot 1000 shots per day...every day.

If Ty is shooting 1500, he should be able to make over 50%+ on his jumper for the season. That will make him, along with his other Uber talents, an extremely valuable teammate and open things up for all those guys who love to chuck it from the arc. If so, I would expect him to avg. around 10-12 ppg in 25 min. per game. All he needs to do is shoot 3 open jumpers and make a couple, make 3 off garbage rebounds, cuts, and booty ball....and knock down a couple of FTs. Not that hard for a guy of his physical talent, work ethic, experience, and hoops IQ. The Ultimate Teammate.

Well duh....get your reservations to the natty....it is so obvious they will win as they don't miss ANY shots!!! How can they lose? Gotta get my reservation made to Vegas so I can bet my life savings on this sure thing. Wow! No misses!!! Never seen a team do that. We are blessed!!!;)

(Or is that just a highlight film. Could that be?...................Nah...can't be.....it is the real deal I'm thinking).

(Don't take offense Pru as I am only using the quote in order for me to play the dupe and get a smile from all....which is likely too realistic actually...but I do like what I see,,,.especially from Ty.)

My daughters have played against that Central Plains (Claflin) juggernaut over the years. My daughter gave Emily Ryan the best game they had all year in a Sub State Championship game.

Are you from KS?

I watched Ty during warm-ups last year and he would hit 2 or 3 Three Pointers in a row. He was automatic from mid-range. I couldn't figure out why he never shot jump shots during a game.

A few questions: What makes him so good (what's his greatest strengths)? Has he been better than what the staff expected based on their evals? Do you think he and Kylan will work well together?
