Don't think that necessarily would have been the case, even if both Cal and Big Blue Nation wanted to make a change. Arkansas gave Cal the best possible exit landing between their deep pockets being able to offset the $ in his UK contract and Cal's longstanding friendship with the Tyson Foods CEO providing a degree of comfort to take the plunge.
The right deal probably would not have come together elsewhere for him to jump on the carousel.

We do have some sizes. However, while Tomi is not that slow, Wolf is a lot more mobile than him. If the good Wolf shows up, it will be difficult to defend their big&big PnR whatever we do. The best choice, IMO, is to simply outscore them by 3pts.
This guy is very nice. Reminds me of the Houston Rockets center Alperen Sengun.

More than likely we were contracted in from previous regime.
After the first few games, I think Tomi is our most valuable player. He does it all. Score in the paint, shoot 3s, and can pass out of double teams.
I think if KJ went down, we’d have Boswell run PG, and Riley would score more. DGL would give us somethin
But if we lost Tomi, we’d really not have any answers. Kudos to Antigua for finding this guy. Seeing how good he is, I’m surprised Kentucky didn’t go for him over his twin brother. The announcers said vs Arkansas that it was always Tomi starting and his brother was the backup when they played in HS.

We’re not dropping out for losing on the road in OT. It’s not like we lost to Arkansas State at home.
Firstly, we should drop out. Would/could/whatever.....we should drop out. And by staying ranked we'll be creating unrealistic expectations and unrealistic perceptions that don't register to the team right now. This is a .500 big ten team at best
We're dropping out and deservedly so. Have to beat Northwestern. We have two games this week that a infinitely more important than our lack of being ranked.
