EVERY team is going to be tough if they shoot in games like they shoot in practice.
Easily, and there is not a close second.
Waited all last season for BH to shoot in games like they said he did in practice to no avail.
I believe this is the most significant injury since Underwood and Fletcher have been with Illinois. This injury happened off campus.
Going to have to be the right piece …
Lee & Wagler have been better than expected so far …
I think you forget how many significant injuries Fletch has had to deal with and help guys overcome … He’s been here a long time …
Fletch was here when Tracy Abrams tore his ACL and Achilles in back to back years.
I know both Grandison and Hawkins had some various injuries and played banged up. Goode broke his foot and missed most of a season.
Austin Hutcherson never really got to play at Illinois because of injury. I think Skyy Clark was also coming off an ACL tear when he briefly joined the team. That's just off the top of my head but I'm sure there are more.
I think Ty is in good hands but missing two years of in game action will definitely suck.

I'd say Plummer is a close second if not equal to. Statistically, they were both 40% shooters on 10 attempts per 40. Jamar had a little more to his game though.

Those were your two highest paid players on the roster last year … We don’t have “big splash” money left in the bank and there isn’t a “big splash” guy left out there either honestly … But the staff is very active … We didn’t just send Geoff to Greece to look at future prospects …

By the way, good for Geoff. Absolutely killing it bringing in Euros and as a result gets to go to Greece in summer for work. I know he's working hard there but hope he also gets a chance to enjoy it. And I hope to one day have a job that sends me places like that.
