I know it's kind of hard to tell with the jacket he was wearing, but I also think Bielema has dropped some weight (admittedly, even he would probably admit he still has a way to go, but you have to start and make progress). Good for both of them. I know coaching can be a crazily stressful profession, and I'd like to see both coaches staying healthy and being around for a while.
Towards the end of his clip, BU describes leadership and experience in the program, and how different/better practice is with players experienced in the program "because last year we had to explain drills to everybody." I think this is going to make a huge difference in our readiness to play cohesively & maturely early in the season and will age well throughout the season, especially with regard to the freshmen for whom so many of us have high hopes. I am really excited for successful football and basketball seasons!
When Jess Settles broke Roy Marble's record for games played I couldn't believe it. It was like 800 games or something.

I haven't seen anyone post about what Dee said at the very end. He only lost 23 games over his Illini career...
