Interesting. I think the I on Illini pod is very poorly done. I struggle to listen to it, and I know one of the guys personally.I love that podcast too.
However, I also like the "I on the Illini" (Illini Guys) podcast as well. It is run by Mike Cagley and has Kedrick Prince, Brad Sturdy , and Marcus Griffin on it as well. Often have great guest (recently Eddie Johnson, Geoff Alexander, etc.) too.
Both are great content and I often post links to them when appropriate.
I believe that he has a good shot at getting the points and rebounds Saturday to make the list. Assists, may take two games.

Not only is this team loaded, but they're naturally funny AF
Maybe some will disagree, but I think Keaton's only had 2 bad games since UConn back on Nov 29 (Maryland and Michigan State). Every other game I think he's been terrific. Is he the greatest Illini ever if we win the national championship?

From No. 149 prospect to All-American: Why Keaton Wagler was so overlooked by the recruiting world
The best player on a Final Four team, Wagler's meteoric rise from unknown to superstar is completely unprecedentedwww.cbssports.com
Heck guys I'm a basket case after reading that. I'm on edge anyway but wow. I follow this team closely & had not heard a thing about this. They apparently kept it all on the downlow. I've been critical of Brad's coaching at times. I now feel like crap for ever uttering a negative word about the man. What a leader!Nice article about Camryn Crocker and what his family has had to deal with this season.

It's a little more complicated than that of course, but it's pretty easy to look at Wagler as an object lesson in the difference between young talent focusing on (real) high school basketball versus AAU.

Like I said above I've been critical of Brad at times & I feel awful about that now. Really speaks to his leadership. Also, I'm amazed this was kept on the downlow & didn't leak out at some point. Some guys woulda used it as a crutch for the slip in performance. As a relatively new father myself who is in the same age range I can totally imagine myself in his position and I teared up a little reading his story. We were not far away from having similar types of issues but were very fortunate to get to 37 weeks and everyone was healthy. The amount of tiredness and stress he had to be dealing with coaching at this level and dealing with this is just insane to think about. Great to have the success story all around to get here!
