To be clear I'm not arguing against playing UNC in Nashville, it's a great opportunity, my point was purely on where it lands on the schedule, in the middle of three very tough opponents coming to Champaign. I would have been nice to have the UNC game at the beginning or the end of the stretch so they could have had an uninterrupted homestand for three tough games. They are upping the degree of difficulty by squeezing in a UNC neutral site game on the road during that stretch vs. before or after it

I wonder how long some of these ratings will hold throughout the season.

With how good the top of the B1G was last year, I think it's underappreciated how much of a nosedive some of the teams at the bottom took;

I know I'm comparing apples (EvanMiya) to oranges (KenPom) a bit here, but here are some of the biggest losers last year between preseason and season-ending rank (on KenPom):
- Penn State: Dropped from 95 to 139 (-44)
- Maryland: Dropped from 34 to 119 (-85)
- Oregon: Dropped from 37 to 101 (-64)
- Rutgers: Dropped from 85 to 125 (-40)
- USC: Dropped from 22 to 77 (-55)

That's what I thought too... Big Z is a top 20 overall player, nationally? Or I'm reading the graphic completely wrong...
