UConn, MSU, TT and Michigan will all be ranked higher than that.
Sounds we're, but we're super lucky the injury happened when it did. Same with Z. Looks like they'll both be ready to roll. Let's hope that's the extent of the injuries. The last couple of years has been crazy.
Illini hoops certainly deserves a season without injuries and/or drama. But after 70 years as an Illini fan, if I had to bet my life one way or the other, I would not hesitate to predict a constant battle against adversities. But who knows? Hope springs eternal.Sounds we're, but we're super lucky the injury happened when it did. Same with Z. Looks like they'll both be ready to roll. Let's hope that's the extent of the injuries. I know the common thinking is we are uniquely prone to injury issues, but every fanbase thinks that about their team. In fact, we've had better luck than many, as @21ChampaignSt pointed out in an excellent post when this came up previously.Illini hoops certainly deserves a season without injuries and/or drama. Many people do not remember this but one of the worst injuries was back when Steve Lantern the point guard back with Eddie Johnson and company. We never recursion that one. And that team was rolling!!!Illini hoops certainly deserves a season without injuries and/or drama.
