Seems like there are hybrid TEs who are smaller than your traditional 6'6 TE. Jordan seems to fit this type, someplace between FB and TE. Believe Eagles have gad several of these types over the years.

Good golly, I find all the numerous roles confusing and seemingly redundant, even more so since I never played.
I guess it would be like a corporation, maybe a paper and office supplies company, having both an Assistant to the Regional Manager AND and Assistant Regional Manager.
It would be cool if Tanner can develop into a DeJean type that can play pretty much anywhere in the secondary. If I remember correctly, DeJean played at a lot at nickel before moving outside fulltime
