Outside of two really good wide receivers and a decent quarterback, not sure there's a ton to love about USC this season. Zach Branch was a very damaging portal loss for them.

RB and O-Line seems like big question marks. Defense went from abysmal to formidable last year but has never been great.

we know what that itself did for us last year.

Also - not related, but that Wyoming DL transfer we were looking last year was very good for them (Gavin Meyer; now out of eligibility).

Secondly, is DJ Wingfield eligible to play this upcoming season?

We cannot overlook anyone as we will be the hunted. We aren’t going to sneak up on anyone so we need to bring it every week. I am expecting a playoff team this year. We owe Indiana on the road from the screw job three years ago. This is Bret’s year to bring it all together. Lunney will open the playbook and Henry will bring the hounds out on D, Jacas is a AA in the making. The Scott boys will be solid. I said earlier that I am not scared of this schedule. I think 10-2 at the worst but I think 11-1.

What was with OSU's d that day? Or what were we doing on offense? Three of those guys were uncovered. I remember it being jaw dropping that day, but don't remember the tv coverage ever explaining what was happening.

I don’t think OSU’s players thought we belonged on the field with them and their coaching staff was going to force us to beat the through the air. We did.

Without Walters we do not have the recruiting everyone's so obsessed with today. About 90% of the sell (and guys you show film of as "this could be you") to these secondary recruits are from guys on the '21 and '22 teams.

True. If you assume the 21' and 22' teams' success were mostly because of Walters.
