No lasagna for you! :D

Cringe worthy is the right phase, always hung my head when watching TB interviews knowing there was almost no chance the opponent's coach was less sharp. Refreshing and grateful that I now usually have the opposite reaction when listening to BB interviews.
I will go to my grave thinking Mike Thomas was at the absolute end of his list of candidates who actually wanted to work for him.

There is no way on God’s green Earth that Tim Beckman could have interviewed well enough to do better than any other football coach who wanted the job. His public appearance were just “hold your head in your hands” cringeworthy.

There's the root cause. I actually think Beckman was his first choice.

I would assume this will not work as the game day passes are different and need scanned vs the regular parking sticker.

There are 2 other lots south of 31 before you get the research park. These lots are used during the week but you have to move your car before game day. Research is probably the same.

Important update: south of Lot 33, not 31.

Counterpoint: Years ago (2016) I had a Lot 32 student parking pass and 100% of the time I told the attendant “hey this is where my school parking pass is tied to” and I never paid a dime for game parking. I was really hoping things would be similar, but I’ll just test it game day and see.

So! If anyone can give a reasoned guesstimate on this…On the assumption (which may be wrong) that it does work, how early am I gonna need to show up before the game to actually be able to park? This is the lot on the Southwest corner of the intersection of first and St. Mary’s.

If you give me an answer, and it’s right come August 29, you’ll have a drink waiting for you at our tailgate lol

In 2016 you just got a parking pass that was for the whole year. You just showed it to them and they did not scan or punch for the game. Now it is a digital ticket on your phone and they will scan it for entrance.

You are just going to piss off the people who paid and belong there as you hold up the entrance if you try this.

Maybe your wife can ask her employer for a valid game day pass.

I’ve had to wait to enter due to sketchy attendant scanner performance. Likely no scan, no entry. It’s doubtful you’ll get in w/o a digital pass because they’ve already sold all the spaces. It’s also unfair to try to use a space that has already been sold to someone else.

Take the high road. Buy a space or park in a free lot. I used Springfield and Goodwin for decades. Although other free lots are closer, it’s a nice walk.

It seemed that Sumlin was his first choice. Maybe that was just media & fan board speculation. The mistake was jettisoning Zook to take a swing at Sumlin with apparently nothing else behind that. As much as it was time for Zook to go, going from Zook to Lasagna boy made Zook look like a veritable Hank Stram of coaching knowledge.

And we all know Ron was extremely lacking in the coaching acumen.
