ADC just doubled #8, a par 3 that he airmailed by 30 yards. Work to do now

Nice comeback on 9 for birdie. More please

ADC finished T3, moving him to 21st on the points list. He will have 4 more tournaments to get to (and stay in) the top 20 and get his card back!

Guthrie finished T33, moving him from 86th to 82nd. Needs to get to the top 75 to retain his KFT exemption. KFT will take a few weeks off before coming back on Sep 11-14 in Nashville for their playoffs.

The Campbell story is one every amazing turn around, 2 tourney's in one year is amazing and considering the gap he had before he got to be back on the big tour its even more incredible.

Let’s hope that Nick can do the same after his 2026 season in the Korn Ferry. I remember listening to Stricker talking about his slump and how he overcame the club switch and got back on track to be a top 10 golfer again. Nick can do it.

It may be a longshot, but Nick still has a chance to retain his card. His exemption doesn't run out until the end of the year, so he will get 6-7 more starts in the fall events. Probably would need a couple top 5's to have a chance, but stranger things have happened.

His next event will likely be Sep 11-14 in Napa, CA.

Nick needs to pass 65 people to get in the top 100 but a win can guarantee he will keep his card. He would need to get several top 5’s without a win to hopefully secure his card. It’s going to be tough but many of the big boys will not be playing. It would be nice to see him win an event on his own.

I hear you on the money part, but a PGA tour win is priceless. Fleetwood will get his PGA win at some point. He has a good game and he has won multiple times overseas.
Tied for the lead going to the last round of the Tour Championship.

Solid weekend for Jackson at the rain-shortened Manitoba Open, shooting 67-66 to finish T3. Second straight top-six finish on PGA Americas!

He moves to 32nd on the points list - I read up on it, he would need to get to the top 10 (probably needs a win or a couple more top 3's) to promote to Korn Ferry. Top 60 allows him to retain his PGA Americas membership, which he has pretty much locked up. Four more tournaments remain in the Canadian swing.

Nick will be playing the fall series. If all goes well he won’t need to go to korn ferry q-school. If he does need to go, he can regain his pgatour with a top 5 finish at q-school. He made a swing coach change so he’s slowly getting back to where can be.

True as he needs to perform well in the fall series. Having a few weeks off will help him get back on track. He is 165 on the Fed Ex list so he needs to get top 100 or win a tourney to avoid Q School. He can qualify for the Final Stage if he gets within the top 140 Fed Ex Cup points during the fall series. Definitely not impossible by any stretch of the imagination. This was a tough year for Nick though. He missed 11 of the first 13 cuts. Only 1 top 10. This is so reminiscent of Stricker’s downturn after a club change/swing change.

Per Monday Q on X. It would be finals for Q school possibly due to his win at New Orleans.

I went through the OWGR site (Official World Golf Rankings), and there are currently 8 Illini golfers inside the top 800. Very cool to have plenty of Illini to follow. Here's the list as of today, as well as where they are playing this week as the fall season kicks off:

#42 Thomas Detry - BMW PGA Championship (DPWT)
#61 Brian Campbell - Procure Championship (PGAT)
#192 Adrien Dumont de Chassard - Simmons Bank Open (KFT)
#345 Nick Hardy - Procure Championship (PGAT)
#585 Matthis Besard - Open de Portugal (HotelPlanner Tour)
#663 Luke Guthrie - Simmons Bank Open (KFT)
#675 Thomas Pieters - BMW PGA Championship (DPWT)
#761 Jackson Buchanan - ATB Classic (PGA Americas)

Piercen Hunt and Tyler Goecke will join Jackson at the ATB Classic, but both are well outside of the top 1000.
