Hello!

I know there’s a thread similar to this but I wasn’t finding much about Illini fans who will be in Indianapolis for a watch party. My (quite large) family will be traveling to Indianapolis in hopes of finding some other Illini fans to hang out with and watch the games. I wanted to make this thread to see if anyone knows anything about Illini get-togethers in Indy.

Thanks for any help you can give!

Former Indianapolis resident here. During my time living in Indianapolis I found that there is an alumni group on Facebook that curates watch parties for those who may not be able to attend games. I would check there the group is called Indianapolis Illini Club (https://www.facebook.com/share/g/17uDHKhsgR/). I also know that Tom's Watch Bar (located downtown across the street from St. Elmo's Steakhouse on S. Illinois St.) will be having a giant Illini watch party. Tom's Watch Bar is an incredible atmosphere with food and drinks, good for all ages and families. Be sure to get there early if you plan on going to Tom's as it does fill early.

Am I seeing this right, $125 for the pregame event? That is steep

Sorry if I missed, but does anyone know the illini fan section numbers?

Thats about the same as the bowl events. Comes with food and drink and a guaranteed place to hang out. Doesn't seem terrible to me.
It says "enjoy food & drinks". Doesnt say they are free. I think you still have to pay for them.
