Yeah, he was in a tough spot considering he played 20 mpg the year before. Not just Jake, but KJ, Kylan, Riley, Tre White... He wasn't going to see the court very often. Yeah, he went to IU, but he went there because his brother was in school there and it's close to home... and they weren't very good(e).

Looks like Will is on the roster for the Wizards, but I don't see KJ on the Bucks roster.
KJ played for Lithuania on July 2nd and 5th, both games were qualifiers for the FIBA World Cup. I'm guessing that's why he's not on the Summer League roster.

The Wagler question is a good one, though if he didn't get the same opportunity, we may have gotten 2nd year Wagler too.
Absolutely no idea where to put this, but I thought it was pretty cool and worth sharing. This seemed like the best place for me to tie it into the topic of different.
On vacation up in Northern Michigan and I went to play a round of golf by myself this morning and happened to get paired up with former Michigan point guard, Eli Brooks. He played golf in high school and has a solid swing.
Talked ball almost the entire round. He talked about how he played our boy Andres Feliz last year in Spain and also played Giorgi elsewhere, and how Giorgi is a clown lol
Unfortunately /s he was a super nice guy and made a fan out of me for him personally. I did tell him I’ve said some very mean things about Michigan over the last 9 months. Anyways I thought it was pretty cool and worth sharing with the board!

Andrej does not come with Riley blocking him. Wagler never gets the chance to be an All American.
More interesting question is how good is a team with soph KJ soph Riley added to Kylan, Tomi, Big Z, and improved Ben H. I think it probably makes 2nd weekend and loses. Having Keaton #5 pick in draft and adding Andrej and David trumps keep KJ and Riley.
