Someone needs to explain why the Wolves added LaMelo Ball. I know he only took 5 shots tonight, but he just plays like a losing player. One of his shots was a runner 3 with 15 seconds left on the shot clock. Another was a layup that Ayo rebounded and scored on and he didn’t even look like he was trying to make it.
Watching him, you’d think they’re playing pick up at the ARC.

Keaton struggled in his first Summer League game and improved a lot over the course of the Summer League.
Keaton struggled in his first preseason game and improved from there.
If that pattern continues from last night’s base, look out.

Really the main two guys off the bench for the TWolves.
It’s great to see the former Illini prospering, but what about some guy that transferred a few years ago? I think his name was Podz something. That keeps me up at night.

I think expectations were low last year because the team was so bad and they were trying to tank. With some of the offseason moves and getting Dybansa they are clearly trying to make the playoffs this year so it's going to be tougher to crack the rotation. The biggest thing for Will at this level has always been defense and that's probably what's holding him back now.
