Almost another triple double with 0 turnovers. Dude is just an efficient winner.
Hes just fun to watch.

Be interested to see if kw keeps getting foul calls as a rookie. 4 for 4 in game 1 and so far 5 for 5 early in game 2.

Ayo having another great game. I'm actually starting to think Ant and Lamelo are great for him? Like complete shot chucking chaos until Ayo comes into the game with pedal down surgery.
Ant will do his thing but to my eyes even he seems more willing to pass the rock, at least early, compared with Coby White.

Ayo is a legit part of the the offense when hes on the floor regardless of who else is on the court vs having to consistently feed on the edges in Chicago even when he was playing better than everyone else

not sure if thats down to coaching, culture or players but it looks different - like Minnesota knows and leans into what Ayo does well.

also, great to see TSJ getting consistent tick (with Ayo!!) and producing. happy to be a bandwagon Twolves fan this year

he’s not. Actual consensus is that Wizards has a pretty deep rotation right now and there are too many players ahead of him. With actual talent on the team now, they are trying to win and Will is just not there yet

With multiple key people out last game who are getting the minutes he would have been using at end of last season, you would have thought he would have more playing time. I thought he looked sharp preaseason but assuming no other issues like a trade or small injury he appears to be dead last in rotation now which is a shame. At the end of the regular season he looked to have the highest ceiling of any illini so hopefully he works on his frame and game and gets another shot.

With a deep rotation, it seems like the Wizards would get good trade value for Riley. Could be a situation that benefits the player and the team.
