Hear me now and believe me later, Fletch rules.

Thank goodness this thread can snatch away the endless posts from the recruiting thread. Probably should just clean that one up and jerk all those comments into this thread, as it stands alone on it's strength now...it may end up being a complex commentary, but a solid dynamic start and drive will keep this one going.

I'm thinking more mindless conjecture. Oh, weight, now I get it.

Only a dumbbell would think otherwise.

I don't know squat about Fletch, but he does seem to lift spirits on the bench.

Could Fletch's program with weight training affect younger players shooting but have a longer term positive as they mature?

Just gonna put this out there. But i’d like to think the strength/conditioning coach probably knows the right proportion of time for each individual to be splitting between weightlighting and conditioning, and by their size/body frame, along with style of play, what a good weight for them to be at is. Plus he’s high energy and bought into the program, what more could you ask? (Realistically)

Thinking back on watching Trent put up his threes this season, I would say Fletch's weight training has had a positive affect on Trent. Those deep threes appear to be effortless for him.
