It would be tough to betts against them.UCLA is going to be tough to handle with the Betts sisters.

Nice, but, I think she transfers after 2026.Spot minutes for Catoira: https://www.fiba.basketball/en/even...-world-cup-2025/games/126692-POR-ESP#boxscore
Like Brad - Shauna had to take a lot of lottery ticket players first 2 years as the roster was so weak. Fortunately she was able to rebuild on the fly making two NCAA tourneys in her first 3 years.Nice, but, I think she transfers after 2026.
Expect to lose several players each year if Coach Green continue to recruit at this level.
Appreciate the details and agree with everything said. I don’t see Berry as a PF. Hayven did look slow, but then she surprised the heck out of me in those games against USC and UCLA where Kendall needed some help.Like Brad - Shauna had to take a lot of lottery ticket players first 2 years as the roster was so weak. Now she is signing much higher level players and the competition for playing time will be fierce. I agree we will lose more players. Like the men - who would have thought we would lose a 4 star like Morez Johnson over playing time. Welcome to the WBB big time.
We really need some WBB bigs to fill Kendall's shoes.
Hayven 6'5"- looked very slow last year
Manuela 6'3" - freshman from Brazil attended IMG SR year
Lety 6'7" - injured last year, did not get much playing time at Baylor as freshman
Cearrah 6'3" -freshman from Canada, tearing it up in FibaU19
Naomi 6'2" - supposed to be a banger
Irene 6'3" - could not get off bench last year despite all the injuries and lack of size
Nothing to base this one but I am guessing Manuela Cearrah, Naomi split the PF and center position unless Shauna decides to play Berry at PF. While Berry has size at 6'1" she only averaged 3 rbg in 25 minutes.
Lucas Johnson's daughter has been offered by Shauna:

Lucas Johnson's highly recruited daughter receives Illini offer
Twenty-three years after her fan favorite father last dove across Lou Henson Court, Liv Johnson has received a scholarship offer to play basketball at Illinois.www.news-gazette.com
She is a skilled 6'2" HS freshman. I am sure they saw her play at basketball camps and tournaments. AAU is big for grisl too. I am sure she is already playing up and barring injuries be a great college player. She must be amazing to receive all those offers before even entering high school
Lucas’s wife played for DePaul correct? She is a skilled 6'2" HS freshman. I am sure they saw her play at basketball camps and tournaments. AAU is big for grisl too. I am sure she is already playing up and barring injuries be a great college player.

I don't see any of the international girls who played the FIBA tournament in Czechia (Alves, Catoira and Parchment). Are any of them on campus, yet?
