I don't know what that means, but I am very frustrated by the officiating this year. Something seems off. I'm not sure what it is. Coaches across the country seem much more frustrated to me as well, but perhaps that's just my perception.
I am never a "blame the refs" guy. Play better. Play smarter. Refs have a very difficult job. But this year has really been testing me. Again, maybe something is just off with me.
