But there are numerous recruits visiting and on campus and there is always something to provide context or additional information. And the big perspective on progress/practice of the players on the roster, the high expectations and the general perspective of this squad. Miss the insiders perspective.
I think they’re holding out for a cut of the NIL$$$. It’s the next logical step.
Haha. There just isn’t much to report from visits these days. Every visit goes well, nothing earth shattering ever happens. Kids hangout with the team, meet with Brad and staff(especially fletch). It’s a pretty standard operating procedure now.

Plus, and I could be wrong, 5-star and even lesser recruits are holding out until spring to see how things shake out, not just at Illinois but, I imagine, everywhere. Therefore, not a lot of action.

Is fletch the best recruiter on our staff?
I do believe he is a real factor when you look at development! We are lucky to have this man in our program! One of the best! Sell it!!! Kind of sells it’s self

He gives the most important presentation to the recruits in the staffs opinion.
Would be really cool to see somehow see snippets of that. Be fun to see how he plans to build these beasts he keeps creating.

Tell me if I'm wrong....but doesn't Fletch basically tell these recruits what kind of weight program that each would be on, which includes pretty much everything they eat, drink, when to lift and condition...and maybe even sleep and rest requirements.....that's going to take up a good portion of each recruits day....so yea If I were a recruit, I'd be listening to what he had to say

And on the flip side, how receptive and interested in that presentation the recruit is would, I would think, be an important data point for the staff.
