We might actually benefit from not playing and move up a spot or 2.

I'm not so sure... nobody in front of us really did anything to get moved down. Louisville did get blown out by Tennessee, but I don't think there's any way they fall several spots.

Interesting thing will be how much voters care about the h2h's with Texas Tech and Tennessee who are right behind us. We beat both of them, but they both had huge wins this week while we were idle.

The poll is meaningless these days but Tennessee being one spot ahead of Illinois (I know they beat Louisville) is weird lol.

That's impressive! That said, I matched all but 6 as well and predict I will double down on that and match the same amount in the next drawing. 12 for 12. My recorded hotline can be reached for just a small fee.

Given how utterly we dominated Missouri, we could experience a somewhat decent jump. I think it's very clear Missouri is not good, but they are still a Power Conference team, it's still a rivalry game at a neutral site, we still looked great kicking their a$$ and hardly any ranked teams are playing this week, with those that are usually playing nobodies.

15th in Jeff Borzello’s ESPN poll. And that’s ahead of Tenn and Texas Tech.

the only downside is not many people played this week so I don't think people are gonna move things around too much.... but hoping we get a bump up to correct the drop from before. it's a human poll so I don't you expect sanity or logic anyway

I think we could move up two spots from people treating the AP poll more like a power ranking than it should be, having us jump Tennessee and Arkansas. It's a borderline Q2/Q3 win, so logically it shouldn't have much value but voters have a recency bias.
