You don't get many chances in an under dog program to capitalize on a huge upset win. Potential recruits will take notice if we don't fumble this opportunity away and lay an egg the rest of the way. Confidence and execution will do wonders. Go Illini!
Exactly, this weekend is huge. We should beat Rutgers and need to. If we piss away this game everyone will quickly write the Penn St game off as a fluke and forget that we really did dominate them.

Watching CBS inside college football - James Franklin press conference and he’s talking about going to the Big House and how his team is completely focused on Illinois. Repeats this several times and never corrects himself. They are of course playing Ohio State this week. The CBS guys: ‘He is so traumatized by Bret Bielema’ lol.
On the road, Brian hires a local person for spotting/stats, since those people who work home games don't travel with the team(or they make their own travel arrangements). Sometimes Brian hires a local radio intern or a host school sports information person.
